About our translation organization
We are a team of certified translators and editors coordinated by the company’s founding directors, language service professionals Tatyana and Oleg Semerikov.
Our aim is to provide on-Time, high Quality, Competitively priced translation services (this is our TQC principle).
During the last one year of our hard work we have successfully translated and proofread more than 5 million words. We have been involved in large projects of many well-known companies and organizations (directly or through intermediaries), such as Microsoft, GE corporation (incl., GE Healthcare, GE Energy, GE Oil and Gas), Karcher, SAP, Samsung, Autodesk, HP, Fujifilm, Grecon, NATO, MAN, Honda, SABIC, and many others.

- Request Only Translation to receive the cheapest translation but still of high quality. The Only Translation includes translation free of spelling, grammar, terminology mistakes, which is implemented by a professional translator who will do his work on his own and check it twice. This translation will be also reviewed by QA manager or proofreader to make sure everything is OK and meets your requirements. This package doesn't involve editors for deep proofreading, DTP experts and other specialists required for translations that should be published and used for commercial purposes (this package also won't do for medical, legal and other exacting texts).
- Get more discounts using CAT tools. We use CAT tools breakdown that saves your money if the text is highly repetitive. For example, you can pay only 15% of the word rate if a word repeats second time in your text, or pay up to 30% for whole sentence if it has fuzzy matches with other sentences.
- Order Summary translation if you need only general idea of your text, its gist. This cost-saving type of translation is suitable for such cases as, e.g., when you have large volumes of information and you need only to get key points. You can also order Selective translation, which includes the translation of tables of contents, main paragraphs, abstracts, conclusions and any other important sections. Our team offers not only translation, but also many other related and important services, such as project management, editing, preparation for printing (DTP, pre- and post-DTP proofreading), quality assurance. Even the cheapest package of services we offer involves two more people besides translator: project manager who takes care of communication with the client, who chooses the right translator for the project, keeps eye on correct implementation of client's requirements, deadlines, etc; and QA manager-editor who checks translation for high quality. Imagine only how complicated is the process of translation that should be prepared for printing and demands the highest quality and meeting plenty of requirements. We have a motto: always check work of any translator no matter how professional he/she is. We are all people and err is human. So any translation that goes through our team is checked at least 4 times: first time by the translator upon completion of translation, then by an editor (linguistic or specialist editing or both), then by translator again to agree/disagree with editor's corrections, and finally by project manager (quick review).

Choice of main language pairs is caused by the fact that our project managers are fluent in these languages and can re-check work of translators and proofreaders. However, we also can take care of projects, which involve multiple languages. For this purpose, we have our own database of professionals in many languages and cooperate with large translation communities and translation agencies. Besides, many translators from our team also work with other languages beyond the main languages of our company.

To automate and improve translation process we use multiple CAT (computer-aided translation) tools, terminology bases editors, localization tools, QA tools. These tools speed up translation process and make translation consistent and of really high quality (these are NOT machine translators. We never use the latter in our work).

Work process of our translation company
During the years of our work, we have developed rather comprehensive process to increase quality of translation. Our QA process involves high-skilled translators with a great variety of CAT tools and supporting materials, professional proofreaders and editors equipped with powerful QA tools and background knowledge, DTP specialists with their 'make-translation-file-look-better-than-the-source-one tools', as well as au courant sharp-eyed managers and final QA.

Our contact details
Our office, or to be precise our domicile is located in Kharkiv, Ukraine. Members of our team mainly live in Ukraine and Russia, working on a freelance basis (however, most of them are our permanent employees who work with us for more than 2-3 years). We do not have in-house workers, because we believe that the future of business is in freelance work. The only in-house members of our team are also members of our close family, namely: Oleg Semerikov (his roles are: General, Project and Client manager, translator and proofreader, QA manager), his wife Tatyana Semerikova (her roles are: General, HR, Office and Accounting manager, translator and proofreader, QA manager), Oleg's brother Andrey Semerikov (IT and Research manager), Tatyana's mother and Oleg's mother-in-law Inna (Advertising and Creative manager), and that's not the half of the story!).
